The Social Media Mastery course is designed for those who see the potential of engaging with consumers to build a loyal business following.

You will be taken step-by-step through the social media marketing landscape, and will learn how to:

  • Promote and grow a business using free online tools,
  • Boost sales and sell products and services online,
  • Create valuable long-term relationships with customers,
  • Build strong online communities,
  • Get feedback from these online communities to help refine and develop business ideas and developments,
  • Create an influential digital footprint, and effectively market online,
  • Receive a higher level of traffic to your website,
  • Promote and grow employment or business opportunities.

You will finish the qualification with practical templates and a complete custom made strategy to meet your commercial or career goals. You can then implement the strategy immediately upon completion of the qualification. 

You will receive a Certificate IV in Business (BSB40215).

The qualification is being offered in conjunction with Sutherland Computer Training Pty Ltd RTO ID 31956.

You will receive your participant handbook at the start of your course.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
It is highly recommended that you enter this program with a working understanding of Facebook, you don't need to be a pro but a basic grasp is necessary. This is not a "how to use Facebook" course.
RESOURCES REQUIRED
You will need a computer and internet connection for the duration of the course.
TIME COMMITMENT
There are 10 units, each unit will take approx 10 hours of work to complete including the time spent on the units at the bootcamp.
